When it comes to emulating my West African roots in the kitchen, many times, I am limited to the few favorite dishes I know from my childhood. However, due to the growth of information on the internet, it is now possible to discover West African recipes from the comfort of your computer screen.
Some of these recipes are classic formulas passed down through generations, while others comprise new, modern twists to traditional dishes. On my quest for new recipe ideas I came across Chef Dudu’s compilation of African and African-inspired recipes.
